One effort made by the Biology Education Study Program to provide 21st-century skills prospective biology teacher-students is teach STEM through courses. This research covers issue of developing innovative learning-based teaching materials and competencies. The design used in product development was referred Thiagarajan 4D model, such as define, design, develop, disseminate stage. objective understand learning based on Arduino Science Journal improving teachers.
